When contacting us, please include the email address associated with your Amoura account and a short description of what happened. Screenshots can also be helpful when reporting a technical issue.
Please do not send us your password, full payment-card information, or other sensitive financial information.
Managing Your Ignited Subscription
Amoura subscriptions purchased through the iPhone app are billed and managed by Apple.
To view, change, or cancel an Amoura subscription on your iPhone:
Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Amoura
You can also manage your subscriptions directly through Apple.
Deleting the Amoura app from your iPhone does not cancel an active subscription.
Deleting your Amoura account also does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. If you no longer want your subscription to renew, cancel it separately through your Apple Account.
App Store Purchases and Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.

If you want to request a refund for an App Store purchase, refund eligibility and processing are handled by Apple. You can submit a refund request through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Deleting Your Amoura Account
You can permanently delete your Amoura account from inside the Amoura app.
Go to:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Account deletion is permanent.
Deleting your account removes your access to the account and deletes or de-identifies associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where limited retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other permitted purposes.
Important: Deleting your Amoura account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription separately through your Apple Account.
