Unless we clearly tell you otherwise and obtain any legally required consent:

We do not use voice data to identify you biometrically.
We do not create facial-recognition templates.
We do not use fingerprints, Face ID, or similar device biometrics for our own identification systems.
Device-level biometric login, if available, is handled by your device or operating system, not by Amoura.

Amoura is not a medical provider, therapist, crisis hotline, emergency service, or mental health treatment provider.

Although Amoura may provide emotionally supportive or companion-style interactions, the Service is not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency assistance.
