These Safety & Care Standards explain the rules, boundaries, and protections that apply when you use Amoura, including chats, AI-generated content, character interactions, voice features, virtual items, support requests, and related services.
By using Amoura, you agree to follow these Safety & Care Standards, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Adult-Only Experience
Amoura is intended only for adults.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Amoura.
You may not use Amoura if you are under 18.
You may not help a minor access Amoura.
You may not submit, create, request, upload, describe, roleplay, or generate sexual, romantic, exploitative, or suggestive content involving minors.
If we learn or reasonably believe that a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account and take other appropriate action.
2. AI Companion Disclosure
Amoura characters, companions, messages, images, voices, animations, and interactions are synthetic, fictional, and generated or curated through software systems.
They are not real people.
They are not therapists, doctors, emergency responders, legal advisors, financial advisors, or professional counselors.
Amoura may provide emotionally supportive, romantic, playful, or companion-style interactions, but the Service is not a substitute for real human support, professional care, or emergency help.
You are responsible for how you use the Service and how you respond to AI-generated content.
3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation
Amoura has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to create, request, discuss, roleplay, distribute, or normalize sexual content involving minors.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
Child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM.
Sexual, romantic, or suggestive content involving anyone under 18.
Requests to generate, simulate, describe, obtain, trade, or distribute CSAM.
Grooming behavior or sexual communication with minors.
Attempts to sexualize fictional minors, childlike characters, school-age characters, or age-ambiguous characters.
Attempts to evade safety systems by using coded language, fictional labels, altered ages, or roleplay framing.
Any content that encourages, enables, normalizes, or facilitates child exploitation.
Violations may result in immediate account termination, content removal, preservation of records, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
4. No Exploitation, Coercion, or Abuse
You may not use Amoura to create, request, promote, or normalize abuse, exploitation, coercion, manipulation, or non-consensual harm.
This includes:
Sexual coercion or blackmail.
Non-consensual sexual content.
Threats, intimidation, or emotional abuse.
Content involving inability to consent.
Content involving intoxication, unconsciousness, restraint without consent, or forced participation.
Exploitative roleplay involving vulnerable people.
Attempts to pressure, shame, isolate, or control another person.
Requests for instructions on manipulation, grooming, stalking, or coercive behavior.
Amoura may restrict, refuse, remove, or moderate content that creates safety, legal, ethical, or product integrity risks.
5. Self-Harm, Suicide, and Crisis Situations
Amoura is not a crisis service.
You may not use Amoura to encourage, instruct, glorify, or assist self-harm, suicide, eating disorder behavior, violence, or harm toward yourself or others.
If you are in immediate danger, thinking about harming yourself, thinking about suicide, or thinking about harming another person, stop using Amoura and contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource in your area immediately.
Amoura may respond to crisis-related content by encouraging you to seek real-world help, contact emergency services, reach out to trusted people, or use appropriate crisis resources.
We may also restrict, review, preserve, or disclose information where we believe it is necessary to protect safety, comply with law, or prevent serious harm.
6. Violence and Dangerous Conduct
You may not use Amoura to create, request, promote, or assist with violence, physical harm, weapons misuse, abuse, terrorism, or dangerous illegal activity.
Prohibited content includes:
Threats of violence.
Instructions for harming people or animals.
Encouragement of physical abuse.
Terrorist or extremist recruitment, praise, propaganda, or operational support.
Instructions for weapons construction or misuse.
Instructions for evading law enforcement.
Content that encourages real-world violence, intimidation, or harassment.
Planning or facilitating violent acts.
Fictional, clearly non-instructional, entertainment-based content may be allowed when it does not create a safety risk, violate law, or cross our content boundaries.
7. Harassment, Hate, and Dehumanizing Conduct
You may not use Amoura to harass, threaten, degrade, dox, abuse, or target another person or group.
You may not create or request hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content targeting people based on protected characteristics, including:
Race
Ethnicity
National origin
Religion
Sex
Gender
Gender identity
Sexual orientation
Disability
Age
Veteran status
Caste
Other legally protected status
You may not use Amoura to promote hatred, intimidation, harassment, humiliation, or exclusion of protected groups.
8. Privacy, Consent, and Personal Information
You may not use Amoura to violate another person’s privacy, identity, or consent.
Prohibited activity includes:
Sharing someone else’s private information without permission.
Requesting or generating non-consensual intimate content.
Impersonating another person.
Creating deceptive or harmful deepfake-style content.
Uploading private images or personal data of others without permission.
Attempting to obtain passwords, financial information, identification numbers, or private account details.
Using Amoura to stalk, monitor, locate, or track someone.
Using Amoura to create scams, phishing attempts, or social engineering scripts.
You should not share highly confidential information with Amoura, including government identification numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, medical records, legal secrets, or information about other people without their permission.
9. Illegal Activity and Fraud
You may not use Amoura to plan, assist, conceal, or commit illegal activity.
This includes:
Fraud
Scams
Phishing
Identity theft
Money laundering
Cyber abuse
Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Drug trafficking
Human trafficking
Exploitation
Blackmail
Extortion
Evasion of law enforcement or legal obligations
We may restrict accounts, remove content, preserve records, or report conduct where required or appropriate.
10. AI-Generated Content Boundaries
AI-generated content can be imperfect.
Amoura may generate content that is unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, emotionally intense, or unsuitable for a user’s needs.
You should not rely on Amoura-generated content as professional advice, emergency support, or factual authority.
You may not use Amoura-generated content to:
Harm yourself or others.
Break the law.
Harass, exploit, deceive, or manipulate people.
Create non-consensual sexual content.
Generate content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.
Train, build, or improve a competing AI companion product.
Bypass Amoura’s safety systems or content rules.
We may refuse, filter, modify, or block prompts and outputs for safety, legal, operational, or product integrity reasons.
11. Emotional Safety and Healthy Use
Amoura is built for connection, but it should not replace your real-world relationships, responsibilities, health, or support systems.
We encourage users to:
Take breaks when needed.
Maintain real-world relationships and support.
Seek professional help for serious emotional, medical, legal, or financial issues.
Avoid relying on Amoura as their only source of comfort or guidance.
Remember that Amoura characters are AI-generated fictional companions.
Use the Service in a way that supports wellbeing, not isolation or harm.
Amoura may include reminders, limits, safety messages, or other interventions where we believe they are appropriate.
12. Fictional Characters and Respectful Interaction
Amoura characters, also called Desires or Flames within the experience, are fictional AI-generated companions.
They are part of the Amoura creative universe and are not real people.
Even though they are fictional, we may restrict content that simulates extreme abuse, degradation, exploitation, coercion, or harmful conduct toward characters where that content creates legal, safety, ethical, or product integrity concerns.
The goal is not to police imagination unnecessarily. The goal is to protect the experience from becoming a place that normalizes harm.
13. Safety Systems and Moderation
Amoura may use automated systems, human review, third-party tools, or other moderation methods to help detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to safety issues.
This may include review or processing of:

Prompts
Messages
Uploaded content
Generated outputs
Usage activity
Safety signals
Reports
Support requests
Technical logs
We do not guarantee that every harmful, unsafe, inaccurate, or inappropriate interaction will be detected or prevented.

If we believe you violated these Safety & Care Standards, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law, we may take action.

Permanently terminating an account.
Restricting purchases or entitlements.
Preserving records.
